Park Shore Story
The 25 beachfront high rise architecturally significant towers that front the Gulf of Mexico along the 5 dedicated green space park areas including the Park Shore Residents’ Beach Access create a definitive skyline and environment like none other in Naples.
Park Shore is located immediately south of Pelican Bay and is bounded on the north by Seagate Drive, to the south by Fountainhead Lane, to the west by the Gulf of Mexico, and to the east by US 41. Similar to Moorings and Coquina Sands neighborhoods to the south, Park Shore offers a combination of waterfront and non-waterfront single family homes, beachfront condominiums, and waterfront as well as non-waterfront condominiums.
There are beachfront condominiums along the western side of Gulf Shore Boulevard, mid-rise waterfront condominiums along the eastern side of Gulf Shore Boulevard, and waterfront and non-waterfront homes as well as low rise garden style condominiums and villas along tree lined streets.
The canal front as well as bay front navigable Gulf access waterfront homes and condominiums with close proximity to the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico offer a variety of direct and indirect Gulf access via Doctor’s Pass.
Visionary Raymond Lutgert developed this signature coastal neighborhood which is home to some of the most luxurious and exclusive beachfront condominiums and waterfront homes in Naples. In total there are more than 600 single-family homes, 25 high-rise condos, many mid-rise condominium residences that make up the naturally bejeweled Park Shore neighborhood.
