A real estate transaction is performance and  result – driven. A Realtor has to be able to make it the pleasant and the professional experience that it should be.   My perspective is that my job is  to manage the needs as directed by the client while managing the transaction for the client based on the clients needs and the outcomes that the client wants.

 

 

It should never be a process where a seller or buyer is asking a realtor, “Have you done this?”   “Have you called so and so?”  “Did you talk to the attorney?” “The surveyor?”   “The inspector?”   All of those elements are parts that should be seamless, and sellers and buyers alike should be receiving executive summary reports on a regular basis. The process for clients should be light touch … like an auto-pilot plus a smooth pleasant landing!

 

 

Results that 100% match up with the clients needs and expectations mean that that at the end of the day clients can happily go about the business of moving to their next property, moving to their first property in Naples, moving from their condominium to a home, moving from a home to a golf course community, moving from a golf course community to a waterfront property … the possibilities are many because lifestyles and needs change over the years. What matters is when needs or lifestyles changes, clients know they can call, e-mail or text … and I am always at the ready for another positive experience.
