PS moorings CS_map_large1Park Shore is located immediately south of Pelican Bay and is bounded on the north by Seagate Drive, to the south by Fountainhead Lane, to the west by the Gulf of Mexico, and to the east by US 41. Similar to Moorings and Coquina Sands neighborhoods to the south, Park Shore offers a combination of waterfront and non-waterfront single family homes, beachfront condominiums, and waterfront as well as non-waterfront condominiums.

 

There are beachfront condominiums along the western side of Gulf Shore Boulevard, mid-rise waterfront condominiums along the eastern side of Gulf Shore Boulevard, and waterfront and non-waterfront homes as well as low rise garden style condominiums and villas along tree lined streets.
