My primary personal interests are focused upon spending time with our family, back country spin-cast and fly fishing, writing, music, woodworking, attending athletic and music events, and exercise / boxing. I am competitive and deeply committed to the highest levels of ethics and integrity within both my personal and professional pursuits.

My wife Julia and I are blessed with 5 children, 3 boys and 2 girls, ranging in age from high school to college to graduated from college and already building their lives. I am an active parishioner at St. Ann’s Catholic Church in the Olde Naples area, and our youngest will complete his Confirmation in 2016.

By fulfilling this Mission Statement, the end result of the client experience shall cause the client to feel and view that he or she is the beneficiary of highly personalized expert level real estate service fully tailored to that client’s specific needs, and further, that those collective services were both diligently as well as powerfully enough delivered on that client’s behalf that the only one real estate professional the client wants to represent them, their family, friends, and associates when it comes to real estate in SW Florida is Christopher A. Braun.

Please note that by the “scalable” in my Mission Statement I mean to say not all clients have the same needs for data, property information, and understanding market dynamics; however, I am totally scalable from the most basic data needs to the most intensive data and historical information needs. I love helping clients understand our marketplace. ALL clients want confidential attentive expert level professional service in the course of either purchasing or selling real estate … and that is what each client gets.

Additionally, I have cultivated strong relationships over the past 34+ years with various like-minded professionals including attorneys, lenders, contractors and custom home builders, appraisers, insurance agencies, and a host of other service providers with one purpose in mind: help clients facilitate a successful, productive, protective, transactional environment for my clients.

The journey raised awareness of the children’s needs plus over $300,000 for the then Children’s Hospital of SW Florida (now the Golisano Children’s Hospital of SW Florida). We also raised $15,000 plus 800 pounds of goods for a children’s shelter in Moshi, Tanzania. The shelter houses abused or abandoned children as well as children orphaned by the African AIDS epidemic.

I was one of the twenty-eight Naples residents that undertook the challenge of a lifetime by climbing to the summit (19,335 feet) of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania as a fundraiser for the Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida.

The journey raised awareness of the children’s needs plus over $300,000 for the then Children’s Hospital of SW Florida (now the Golisano Children’s Hospital of SW Florida). What a privilege … the day we completed our descent and got to meet the children and spend time with them was THE highlight of the trip for me.

On the photo on the left, Climber Chris Braun and a boy from the shelter play an impromptu game of soccer in the dirt courtyard that contains open-air classrooms. Although it was short, the visit was a moving experience for the exhausted climbers.
