Lifestyles change, needs change, wants change. All those impact the real estate market from the client’s perspective. It’s about the client and their family’s needs or the individual’s needs.
It is always a professional privilege and honor to work with clients. I am always very circumspect and grateful … often these decisions are large and important value decisions. It is SO important to have taken the time to listen and be an attentive steward so clients know that their dollars are well placed into a property that matches up equally well with their lifestyle.
Realtors have to bring value for clients, whether the client is a seller or a buyer. It is vital to understand a client’s lifestyle before understanding their price parameters because unless a person or family is shown lifestyle communities or locations that match their lifestyle, it will not matter how great a “deal” or value they achieved if they are ultimately unhappy with where they have decided to live because their lifestyle elements were not understood or focused upon from the start. First things first, listen to what is important to the client.
