Realtor is the Face of The Client
I am always the face or voice for my client. It is not about Realtors … it is about clients. Just the client. 100% representation. The client and his wife, the client and her husband, the client and his children, grandma, grandpa, son, daughter, mother, father. Whatever the matrix of needs are, those needs are different with every transaction.
A Realtor is the advocate, the intermediary, working with other Realtors, attorneys, contractors, inspectors, building managers, condominium managers, and many other professionals and service people. Being respectful, honest, and being known in the marketplace to follow through on whatever I say I will do is a valuable commodity that really helps me further my client’s objectives.
