Royal Harbor
Royal Harbor’s convenient access to the Bay of Naples as well as to the intracoastal waterway leading to Marco Island and in turn to the 10,000 Islands and the Gulf of Mexico make it a special neighborhood particularly especially favored by boaters. Only a few moments to downtown Naples’ acclaimed 5th Avenue South restaurants and shops, our sugar sand beaches, the 3rd Street South shopping district, the Bayfront restaurants, art fairs in Cambier Park … reasons on top of reasons why Royal Harbor is one of Naples most friendly and highly sought waterfront enclaves.
Royal Harbor is a non-gated community, situated at the intersection of Tamiami Trail E and Davis Blvd, in the heart of Naples Florida, just a few minutes bike ride from downtown Naples.
Living in Royal Harbor is great because you have the best of both worlds. Being so close to all the shops, entertainment and restaurants on Naples 5th Avenue and 3rd Street South, as well as having direct Gulf access through deep water canals off Naples Bay with no bridges or obstructions to slow you down.
Driving to Royal Harbor it is about a 20-minute drive from the interstate 75. The route best taken would probably be from Pine Ridge Rd then south along Goodlette-Frank Rd.
