Over the past nearly 40 years as a full time Realtor here in Naples, my sales efforts have been focused upon the prime property markets from Pelican Bay to Port Royal. I have been successfully representing my clients (both Sellers & Buyers) throughout the Naples area at all price points. I emphasize all price points because my clientele is relationship driven, not price point driven. Please note I successfully represented clients in either the sale or listing of each of the above properties … along with many, many others. As more time passes and business elements and attitudes change in so many ways, it is my professional conclusion that the real and rare distinguishing factor among Realtors is whether they view themselves and work as a “client’s representative”  or just view themselves as “listing or selling a property”. I definitely view myself as a client’s representative and it is not just words … my actions reflect that … and always have. That said, the client makes all the decisions, I do not substitute my judgment for the client’s.  It is just that my professional attitude makes all the difference … and also makes for happy and pleased clients because they see me go the extra mile (and sometimes the extra 10 miles) on their behalf which is why I am also fortunate and blessed to say my business is 100% referral based.

 

I was born in Ho-Ho-Kus, Bergen County, New Jersey and am a graduate of Furman University. My wife Julia and I have 5 children, 3 boys and 2 girls. I am a parishioner at St. Ann’s Catholic Church.
