AQUALANE SHORES

is absolutely a standard bearer for the deep water direct Gulf access waterfront neighborhoods within Naples because on top of its impressive physical attributes, many portions of Aqualane Shores also offer walking distance to the beach and / or walking distance to the 3rd Street South district.

Coquina Sands

Coquina Sands is nestled in among our treasured coastal neighborhoods. It is bordered on the south by the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, on the north by Orchid Drive, on the west by the emerald Gulf of Mexico waters, and on the east by US 41.

The Moorings

Vanderbilt Beach is the commonly known name locally for the area bounded by the Cocohatchee River on the north, Vanderbilt Beach Road on the south, Vanderbilt Drive on the east and the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico to the west.
